Dichanthelium tenue (Muhl.) Freckmann & Lelong Natural range: Southern U.S. Synonym: D. ensifolium var. unciphyllum (Trin.) B.F. Hansen & Wunderlin Habitat: Wet flatwoods Florida status: Native, common Recognition: Resembles D. ensifolium except that it has erect culms and the cauline blades have a white cartilaginous margin; spikelets 1.3-1.7 mm.; lower glume less than 1/4 the length of the spikelet.
