Dichanthelium erectifolium  (Nash) Gould & Clark

Natural range:  Southeastern U.S.

Habitat:  Wet habitats: low pinewoods, marshes, shores

Florida status:   Native, common in its habitat

Recognition:  Ligule 0.2 mm. Leaf blades strongly cordate, lanceolate, to about 12 mm wide, the margins white, cartilagenous.  Spikelets very small (1-1.2 mm), pubescent.
