Extremely abundant, one of the most conspicuous grasses in our area Recognition: Leaf blades very narrow, 1-5 mm wide, 10-30 cm long. Spikelet > 2 mm. Lower glume 0.5-1 mm. Upper glume 0.8-1.6 mm. |Both glumes much shorter than spikelet.
